Pro Elite Boxing Gym is teaming up with three-time Olympian Mike Strange and his foundation Box Run to raise funds and awareness to help KO Childhood Cancer. Mike has been raising money running across Canada since May, on the road to completing 90 marathons in 90 days.
All proceeds raised will be donated to Hamilton’s own McMaster University Stem Cell and Cancer Research Institute, and Ronald McDonald Houses across Canada.
Mike will be running through Hamilton on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. In honour of this, Pro Elite Boxing is hosting a Box & Mingle from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, where you can meet Mike, drop in and try out a class, grab a quick bite to eat, and bid on some silent auction items. From there, Mike will be running to McMaster University.
Come in for a donate-what-you-can boxing class, bid on our silent auction, grab a bite to eat, and meet Mike Strange!
