Tony Ess - DJ & Producer from the UK,
born 1976 in his home city of York, at a very young age he found his love for a nice melodically happy feeling to his musical taste, artists like Michael Jackson, Bee Gees, and Queen being his music influences up to leaving school in the early 90s.
It was then that he found his true love, electronic music! There was something about the synthesized sound that made him fall in love with the music; he then spent the next 4 years visiting the major clubs, Gate Crasher, God’s Kitchen, Crème, Pasha and the infamous Orbit, then he went travelling to Ibiza and Majorca for his dose of that synthesized sound.
At the age of 22 tony started to learn how to mix records like the pro dj’s he was watching every week, picking the skills up very fast and playing the right music at house parties, and one or two out door, in the woods gatherings, it was not long before he were behind the decks in bars and clubs, teaming up with some of his music loving friends and giving birth to such events as R3tox, Public House and Mad House, where he brought his own electronic vibe with him and put on some awesome events bringing in people from outside the town to enjoy the sounds these guys were playing.
Soon he was to be playing many events; from Scotland to wales to England, this soon developed into playing events and clubs in various European cities, and coastal festivals.
Later he became the host and resident DJ at SYLD Global, the host night for winning DJ’s from around Europe, Canada and south Africa; held at super club Media Park in the beautiful city of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
2007 – 2008 Tony had the pleasure of working in radio for house FM (Slovenia) and making many appearance on many radio stations , Chicago, new york, Italy, UK , Argentina, and Slovenia to name a few
2013 Tony was to see the birth of DDR Deflected Digital Recordings and the radio shows deflected Music & Ess-Entail Tech that were on clubvibez radio station
2013 was to see tony hit the studio to start on his production skills feeling he needed to add to his portfolio , with his first release 6th jan 2014 on clubvibez records, starting a chain reaction of charting in the top 100 at Traxsouce & Hard to Find Records and a want for the music he is producing, over the past 12 months tony has signed to clubvibez records his own label Deflected Digital Recordings, , Fett Reocrding, LB Recordings , Hocus Pocus Records , Kaleydo Beats, Empirical Recordings, chira chara recordings, and getting one of his track signed to Warehouse Anthems on LW Recordings and just signing to London label Anonymous Records for 2015 ...
