DREAM IT, BELIEVE IT, BE IT!
Rock 'n' Roll Wrestling is on the look out for our future home grown stars and will be holding tryouts for aspiring wrestlers.
We pride ourselves on providing a positive and supporting environment to reach your goals, aspirations & dreams.
Rock 'n' Roll has produced some great local talent including Captain Keato , Lucas Parker, Otis and Jay Sorbe.
Head Trainer: Hunter P.S Hayes trained and endoresed by Team 3D Academy (Dudley Boyz) .
Tryouts will consist of a number of basic fitness drills to gauge your athletic ability, fitness level and coordination!
Positive attitudes are a must!
The tryout will include but not limited to;
-Running
-Jumping
-Squats
-Push ups
-Sit ups
-Burpees
*Participants must be 16 years +
*Under 18's will need a guardians signature
*Cost is $25 (cash only)
*Wear comfortable gym style clothes including joggers
*Bring a towel and drink bottle
