This session is more advanced training for the open canoeists in preparation for some white water trips.
The event will be at the Cutts. You will learn more advanced skills such as breaking in and out of fast flows, ferry gliding, both forward and reverse, and combination paddle strokes.
If you need to brush up on your basic skills before attending this event then be sure to attend the skills training sessions starting on the 22nd October.
