Renée Yoxon est une jeune chanteuse et compositrice qui créée et interprète un jazz traditionnel avec verve et équilibre. En quelques années seulement, Renée s'est affirmée comme une musicienne dédiée à l'art du chant jazz. Avec Chad Linsley, pianiste montréalais recherché, il joue une musique tirée et inspirée de films adaptés d'histoires pour enfants.

La musique est pleine d'imagination, intime, vulnérable, et rappelle à l'auditeur l'enfance - à la fois insouciante, intrigante et mélancolique.

Renée Yoxon is a young vocalist and songwriter who recreates and reinterprets the traditional jazz sound with verve and poise. In only a few short years, Renée has firmly established herself as a musician dedicated to the art of jazz singing. Together with Chad Linsley, a sought after Montreal pianist, they perform music from and inspired by film adaptations of children’s stories.

The music is imaginative, intimate, vulnerable, and reminds the listener of childhood - at once carefree, questioning, and melancholy.
