Adventurous Women are teaming up with Stand Up Paddle SA to offer you a great day of fun and excitement.
Our ever popular Learn to SUP is on once again, and this time we're lucky enough to also have the use of their Monster SUP which holds up to 15 people at once!!!
If you have never SUP'd before you start the day with a lesson from Nat or Karen which takes approx 30 - 45 minutes and includes safety, how to paddle and help to stand up on the board.
Once you've mastered the art of SUPing you're free to enjoy the next hour or so practising and also to have the use of the Monster SUP to play around with!!!
For the ladies who already know how to SUP, come along and enjoy 2 hours out on the water and that monster SUP board!
After we're all SUP'd out a light lunch will be served including a (much needed by then) glass of bubbles and time to enjoy a catch up with familiar faces and meet new friends.
