A triumvirate from the London jazz scene collide on Friday 4th May as we welcome the mercurial trio Project Karnak and Red Bull affiliated trumpeter Emma Jean Thackray, flanked by the city’s torchbearer for the scene for the past decade and a half; Jazz Re:freshed.

Having sold out her Church Of Sound songbook show last October and a more recent co headline at Omeara with Ruby Rushton, Emma-Jean Thackray returns for her next headline show in London at the Camden Assembly focused on her own solo material following the success of 2016’s Walrus EP.

Joining her on the night will be fast rising London trio Project Karnak. Having recently supported The Bad Plus and having sold out The Jazz Café with their Head Hunters show in March, big things await for this groove-led foursome.
