Start the year out right and save yourself money and heartache. Cathy Taylor, CPA, will be hosting a tax workshop to help answer your tough tax questions. This workshop will help you understand your business structure, tax reporting responsibilities, deductions, sales tax collection, and record keeping requirements. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions regarding taxes that apply specifically to your business. Of course you would rather spend your lunch time doing something else, but improper reporting or underpayment of taxes can result in penalties, fines, and interest charges, which can create an enormous financial burden for you! Don’t take chances – attend this workshop, which will cover:

• LLC or S-corporation (What to consider when selecting a business structure.)
• Sales and use tax responsibilities (Are you charging the correct amount?)
• Payroll tax responsibilities
