THIS THURSDAY! It's the RETURN of #TheKatieChronicles Pop-Up Bakery. Looking for some sweets for your sweetheart? The Dakota will open it's doors at 11am sharp with sweet goodness from our beloved Pastry Chef, Katie Elsing!!
It all started with Dakota Pastry Chef Katie Elsing and a trip to New York for the 2014 chef’s congress. Inspired by meetings with pastry guru Dominique Ansel and others, Elsing’s long time dream became something she couldn’t put off any longer and the TKC Bakery was born.
Hosted at the Dakota, Elsing’s Pop-Up Bakery will highlight smaller bite size versions of her most popular desserts along with seasonal concoctions and sweet and savory pastries.
