Our chef and his culinary team have designed outstanding hors d’ourvres complete with five bourbon samples and a Padron 200 Natural Cigar. Smoked beef brisket, riblets two ways, and a smoked pork shoulder spring roll will be featured. This tasting is scheduled to take place in the Cigar Room on Thursday, March 8th from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. The cost is $50 per person and RSVP’s are required by Sunday, March 4th. Bourbons will be presented by Andrew Finatti of Southern Glazer’s Wine and Spirits of PA featuring Knob Creek 9 year Bourbon.
