Jokes Please! is an award-winning stand-up comedy show that happens every Thursday at LMG.

Making Resolutions without having personal resolve is like making a pan of brownies without having a mouth: you might learn something in the making but soon you will be throwing a lot of good stuff in the garbage.

Then ‘friends’ will say to you, “Why did you throw your gym membership into this figurative trash can?” You will type back on your text to voice machine, “I wish I could throw YOU into a figurative trash can.” Then some nice friendly banter will occur, as usual, but without the mouthless person getting fitter because he lacks RESOLVE, that coward.
