-- CARNAGE --
Riding high from the success of his latest release, Festival Trap Vol II, The Don Papi Gordo aka CARNAGE is returning to Australia next February for his biggest headline tour to date! Strap in as ASOC’s big boy is hitting six Australian cities on his Summer 2017 Tour: Adelaide, Perth, Newcastle, Mackay, Brisbane and finishing in Sydney.
In recent years Carnage has gone from strength to strength, continually showing off his versatile mindset and deft approach via collaborations with some of the hottest names in the rap world: Young Thug, A$AP Ferg, Ty Dolla $ign, Ilovemakonnen, Lil Yachty and Lil Uzi Vert to name a few. Add to that his mind-melting main stage performances at global festival giants Electric Daisy Carnival and ULTRA and his inimitable RARE party series, which has recently featured an eclectic mix of urban and electronic stars like Mac Miller, Marshmello, GTA, Slushii and Boombox Cartel, and it’s not hard to see why Carnage has now cemented his position as one of the most influential producer/DJ’s in the world.
And what can we expect from a Carnage live show? He siphons electro, hip hop, pop and trap into an intoxicating brew unlike anything out there. It’s dirty, defiant and diverse.
Joining Carnage in Perth, Brisbane and Sydney will be grime crew Section Boyz, who’s recent catalogue, in particular the Skepta and Drake approved monster hits Lock Arf and Trapping Ain’t Dead, have played a pivotal role in shaping what we define as UK rap music today. What differentiates them though, are the strange personalities in their disjointed, off-kilter and sometimes even child-like flows, which tread a thin line between laugh-out-loud hilarious and deeply ominous. Whether it’s bangers for the car, bangers for the headphones, or bangers for the rave, the South London crew are going to make you feel some sort of way.
It’s time to TURN UP Chipotle Gang!
