Party: The Show Must Go On (just somewhere else...)

Leeds University Union and its clubs and societies will be saying a fond farewell to the Riley Smith Hall.

We’ll be taking a look at the fantastic performances that have taken place in the hall, and celebrating the huge array of activity that has happened over its many happy years.

But fear not, The Riley Smith Hall won’t be gone for long, as we’re giving it a much-needed upgrade. We’ll be closing the space to update the flooring, stage and balcony, put in retractable seating, and install acoustic panels and superior lighting to name a few!

This is a completely free event, but if you plan on joining us, please tick you are attending so we can cater for the right amount of guests.

So come and join us for some drinks and nibbles, to toast the host that is Riley Smith Hall!

Doors open at 12pm for food, drink and mingling.
At 12:30pm Piers, Leeds University Union’s Activities Officer, will say a few words about the space.
Guests will then be encouraged to share memories, and ask any questions they may have about the refurbishment and the Union Upgrade project.
