METROPOLIS COMEDY!!!

Metropolis Comedy at Metro Cafe! Friday 13th of September 2013!

Its been an amazing year of shows so far, and we're keeping the laughs going with another show in September!

Headlining the event will be Steve Allison:
Steve Allison knows how to make people laugh. And as soon as Steve picks up the microphone it's obvious. He commands attention, and laughter is the best way to get it. With a cool and casual approach hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed his clever style of comedy.The confidence and experience earned from performing over a thousand live shows is clear - he is funny! With a natural sense of humour and quick wit, Steve’s show is a well-crafted mix of snappy one-liners, hilarious stories, funny home truth’s and current topics. It’s Aussie humour at it’s best.

MC for the evening will be Michael Connell
Michael began getting laughs at the age of three in his back yard with the Hills Hoist acting as stage and curtain, and he hasn’t stopped performing since. Over the years Michael has performed everywhere from the set of Rove [live] and Her Majesty’s Theatre, to the main stage of the Melbourne Town Hall and the Telstra Dome during half time. Michael has produced hit shows at festivals such as the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, the New Zealand International Comedy Festival, The Melbourne Fringe Festival, and more. He is regularly in demand as a corporate entertainer, a speaker at high schools and universities, and as a performer at comedy venues across Australia.

Tickets available on the night, but we strongly recommend that you buy them (and reserve your table) BEFORE HAND at Metro Cafe (15 Railway Street - Next to Betros Bros.)

Metro Cafe will be open from 6:00pm serving food and drinks downstairs before doors open at 7:00pm
