Dinner and drinks on the deck! We will feature The Macallan scotch and Charles & Charles wines for our next Chef's Dinner experience. Includes drinks, hors d'oeuvres, and dinner on the deck.

Passed Hors D'oeuvres served with Charles & Charles Kung Fu Girl Riesling
1st Course: Pan Seared Sea Scallops with Bruleed Grapefruit, Sauteed Spinach, and Wasabi Drizzle, served with Charles & Charles Chardonnay
2nd Course: Truffle Cheese with Tomato Jam and 12 year old Balsamic Vinegar, served with Charles & Charles Red Blend
3rd Course: Grilled Swordfish with Local Pear and Ginger Salsa, and Lobster Roe, served with Macallan 12 Year
4th Course: Cast Iron Blackened Wagyu Beef with Morel Cream Sauce, served with Macallan 18 Year
Dessert: Avocado Ice Cream
