JG & THE ULTIMATES
JG & the Ultimates are a rockin' rhythm & blues band formed and fronted by guitarist, Jay Gipson.
Jay has been playing for 30 years in a variety of bands and has performed live at Hep Cats Holiday, Viva Las Vegas, The Atomic Festival, Rhythm Riot, Twinwood, Secret Garden Party & many other shows & clubs in the UK & across Europe.
Through playing at many vintage events Jay discovered a passion for playing for dancers and vintage enthusiasts. The Ultimates are immersed in the retro sounds of the 50's with a strong leaning towards the bluesy side of rock & roll, jump blues & R&B.
His all star band comprises of seasoned musicians who also have played with some of the legends of the past and present.
It's gonna be an awesome night of music and dancing, so get ready for an "Ultimate" night of jumpin', jivin' & swingin'!
