New Fable Productions presents 'Split Ends', a tragicomedy, written and directed by Ella Clarke.
A group of 9 people, through circumstance, chance and distant relations find solace, through relating to one anothers shared experiences of hardship (such as depression, miscarriage and suicide) telling the story of how a community can transmit their individual perceived tragedy or hurt.
Told through spoken word, drama and physical theatre, influences include Sarah Kane, Kate Tempest, Samuel Beckett and Shakespeare. Don't miss this chance to support this poetic piece of new writing.
"This tragicomedy is a play that will inspire and amuse through seemingly dark subject matter, Ella (the writer/director) has managed to intelligently and sensitively present a relatable and enaging show. You'll be glad you supported this up and coming talent!" Sarah Pring, Soloist at The Royal Opera House.
