Orientation Day:

When?

Monday, Jan. 11, 2016, 8 a.m. to noon

What?

Arrive on campus 8:30 a.m.

Academic breakout sessions 9 – 10:30 a.m.

Various classrooms (You will receive an email with further details)

At the conclusion of the breakout sessions, faculty and other supporters will escort and join their students in the gym for the indoor fun festival which will include an informal welcome, tug-of-war tournament, free lunch and fun!

Indoor Fun Festival 10:30 a.m. – noon

Athletic Centre (Gym)

Informal welcome

Academic area tug-of-war challenge

President’s Cup – Staff vs students tug-of-war

Free pizza lunch (cheese and pepperoni)

Music and fun

All classes will resume/commence at noon as per the normal schedule.

(Note: A class that is regularly scheduled from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. will run from noon to 1 p.m.)
