Our introductory courses are the perfect opportunity to start Parkour. This course is designed to progress new learners, week by week through the core areas of Parkour movement.
Week 1 - Jumping, Landing, Balancing
Week 2 - Vaulting
Week 3 - Climbing
Week 4 - Group Challenges/Adaptability
Week 5 - Testing and Assessment
The final week will test and apply what has been learned and practised and assessed by the coaching team.
After the course an email will be sent to all participants with details to continue their Parkour journey.
Booking closes 2 days ahead of the start date/time. Suitable for ages 16 and over.
