A transplanted Kiwi (or, as she likes to think of herself, a “New Austrealander”) comedian Cal Wilson has been kicking around the Nova airwaves since 2007, becoming known for her obsessive love of cats, glue guns, good grammar and lame-ass jingles.
Cal has been seen on Thank God You’re Here, Spicks and Specks, Good News Week, The Glasshouse, The Panel, and SkitHouse. Basically if there’s sitting down and chatting to be done, she’s the one to do it. However, she does take to her feet for a spot of stand up, winning the 2001 Best Newcomer award at The Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe, and the Montreal Just For Laughs Festival.
