For years, our Welly customers have asked for a proper Bank Holiday Welly night. We have Boxing Day covered, New Year’s Eve and Halloween sorted, but in 2015 you will see Welly doing a few of their own nights over the bank holidays.

We will be joining forces with the Indie team: YO-YO, they will be hosting the main room playing the greatest Indie-Rock anthems.

Dj Priya & Andyoyo re-unite the Yo-Yo brand which was born at The Welly Club in 1995. The duo went on to bring a whole host of bands to Hull including both live gigs & Dj sets from The Smiths (Andy Rourke & Mike Joyce), Carl Barat, Foals, The Cribs, The View, The Bluetones, Babyshambles, The Long Blondes, Dirty Pretty Things, Little Boots (Victoria Hesketh), The Young Knives, The Paddingtons, The Holloways, The Enemy, The Rumble Strips, Shed 7, The Maccabees, The Rakes & Art Brut.

Welly's monthly Rock/Metal/Punk/Pop-Punk, WOLFPACK, will be manning the upstairs and lounge.

Currently in their 4th year of bringing Hull a monthly Rock night full of great music, The Pack have never had chance to show bank holidays what they're made of. Month in and out the Wolfpack crowd go completely nuts, it's all about bringing your mates together and having a real good time! AWWWOOOOOO!
